Flames Jamaican restaurant opens Brockton location

Flames Restaurant, a take-out Jamaican restaurant chain primarily based in Boston, recently opened a location in Brockton at 806 Main St. The Brockton location is open every day from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. BROCKTON — After a long wait, the much-anticipated Flames Restaurant is now open for business. The Jamaican restaurant chain has been primarily Boston-based, with three locations in Mattapan, Dorchester and Mission Hill and another location outside of Massachusetts in Providence. With the opening of its 806 Main St. location in Brockton on Nov. 22, this is the first Flames location in Massachusetts outside of the Boston area. “So far, we’re enjoying the location and the customers are awesome,” said Flames manager Kim Chambers.
